Our goal in providing the “Scholar Dollars” Essay Scholarship for Black Students is to assist Black students in defraying some of their educational expenses. This scholarship, which is available to undergraduate and graduate students enrolling during the 2023–24 academic year as well as high school seniors (graduating class of 2024), seeks to reduce financial stress and enable you to take out less loans. Keep in mind that scholarships are effectively “free money” that is not repaid. Specifically, the goal of this scholarship is to support a Black student who is actively seeking ways to finance their further education and who is passionate about it. Students will be granted the “Scholar Dollars” Scholarship according on the calibre of their essays and the volume of scholarships they apply for through the Scholarships360 website.
